Today’s accomplishments.
After my car has been sitting there for months as I was using moms to drive to and from the hospital. The car barrary died. Called roadside they came and replaced the battery. Because the inspection is up, I called my mechanic and said I needed to drive as many miles as possible. So I drove to the bank, stopped by my old job to let him know about mom, drove around out east picking up a couple of tea pots o found on FB market place for $5. Made it to church for end of month life group meeting. Realized that moms wake was one week ago today. Came home, and made baggies of Anthony’s medications so I could use the boxes to pack up the cook books. I found mommy’s saved recipes. I found a recipe she would have made my dad and a recipe she would have made Anthony. Can’t help but feel like I could totally down size the amount of cook books. But that’s another task.
Moms car insurance wasn’t paid. So now I have to track that down. Everything is just so overwhelming. And Tring not to have an anxiety attack either. I should be grieving. But rather I feel like I’m in survival mode.
